Baramee of Art
Experience a truly harmonious environment, including a renowned art gallery and mindfulness centre, situated in 6 acres of natural scenery in the city of Chachoengsao (an approximately 1-hour car ride from either Bangkok or Pattaya). The Baramee Dhamma Hall showcases some of the region’s finest works of art, crafted by “Thai National Artist” award winners and other internationally-acclaimed Thai art practitioners. Highlights include sculptures, woodcut prints, and etchings from the gallery’s collection, displayed in both permanent and rotating quarterly exhibitions. Additionally, visitors can witness the centre’s beautiful landscape, with various plant species that include ferns, palms, and many more. This natural scenery and the centre’s art displays together provide a fuller experience of mindfulness in all areas of the Baramee Dhamma Hall. Accommodation is also provided when available. Nonthivathn Chandhanaphalin : National Artist
Born : 16 October 1946
Renowned sculptor and national artist Nonthivathn Chandhanaphalin has died from cancer and heart failure at the age of 70.
Nonthivathn was pronounced dead in Chon Buri on Saturday night. Born Oct 16, 1946 in Bangkok, Nonthivathn was one of the country's most well-known modern sculptors who had continuously created artworks known for reflecting truth in nature and Buddhist philosophy for almost 50 years.

อาจารย์นนทิวรรธน์ จันทนะผะลิน :ศิลปินแห่งชาติ
เกือบ 50 ปี ในวงการศิลปะอาจารย์นนทิวรรธน์ จันทนะผะลิน ไม่เพียงเป็นที่ยอมรับทั้งระดับชาติและระดับสากล ฝากผลงานประติมากรรมเอกลักษณ์เรียบง่าย ตัดทอนปริมาตรให้เหลือรูปทรงกลม อิงธรรมชาติ และแฝงปรัชญาพุทธศาสนา ในสถานที่สำคัญหลายแห่ง ทั้ง สวนเบญสิริ สวนรถไฟ หน้าสำนักงานใหญ่ ปตท. ตลอดจนเป็นผู้ออกแบบเหรียญ "พระมหาชนก" ในวโรกาส ในหลวงรัชกาลที่ 9 ทรงครองสิริราชสมบัติครบ 50 ปี
ความรู้การไปศึกษาอบรมการแกะสลักหินอ่อน ถึงอิตาลี ยังนำกลับมาพัฒนาวงการประติมากรรมไทย ก่อตั้งสมาคมประติมากรไทยเป็นครั้งแรก และยังถ่ายทอดความรู้สู่ลูกศิษย์ศิลปะ ทั้งร่วมตัดสินผลงานรางวัลเรื่อยมา แม้ผ่านพ้นวัยเกษียณ
ก่อนหน้านี้อาจารย์นนทิวรรธน์ จันทนะผะลิน เคยเค้ารับการคีโม เพื่อรักษามะเร็ง จนเมื่อกลางดึกวันที่ 21 ม.ค. 2560จากไปด้วยอาการหัวใจวายเฉียบพลัน นำความอาลัยมาสู่คนในวงการศิลปะไทย
