วันพฤหัสบดีที่ ๒๖ ตุลาคม ๒๕๖๐ เวลา ๐๗.๐๐ น. สมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว เสด็จพระราชดำเนินทรงร่วมริ้วขบวนพระบรมราชอิสริยยศที่ ๑ ในการอัญเชิญพระบรมศพจากพระที่นั่งดุสิตมหาปราสาทไปยังพระมหาพิชัยราชรถ หน้าพลับพลายกวัดพระเชตุพนวิมลมังคลาราม
ในการนี้สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดา ฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี พระเจ้าหลานเธอ พระองค์เจ้าพัชรกิติยาภา พระเจ้าหลานเธอ พระองค์เจ้าสิริวัณณวรีนารีรัตน์ และพระเจ้าหลานเธอ พระองค์เจ้าทีปังกรรัศมีโชติ ทรงพระดำเนินร่วมในริ้วขบวนพระบรมราชอิสริยยศ

In ever-lasting memory
On Thursday 26 October 2017, HM the king Maha Vajiralongkorn walked with the marching soldiers to bring the royal remains from the Dusit Grand Palace to the royal chariot in front of Phra Chetuphon Wimonmangklaram Temple. Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha, Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana and His Royal Highness Prince Dipangkorn Rasmijoti also walked together in this march.

As many as 85 replicas of the Royal Crematorium have been constructed -- one for each of Thailand's 77 provinces and nine for the Special Administrative Region of Bangkok.
More than 500 statues, on which sculptors have been working daily for almost a year, have been created for ceremonies around the country; some of these statues will adorn the intricate tower.
In addition, more than 800 sites have been designated across the country, where subjects will be able to present flowers carved from sandalwood -- a traditional tribute to a deceased monarch.
